San Antonio homes ranks #3 of cities most likely to see price increases

Forbes.com brought out its top ten list of cities most likely to see home price increases and guess who’s number three?  Basing their projections on job growth from Moody’s Economy.com and The National Association Of Homebuilders’ projected housing starts, Forbes.com ranks the top ten as follows:

• Albuquerque, N.M.
• Charlotte, N.C.
• San Antonio, Texas
• Portland, Ore.
• Austin, Texas
• Salt Lake City, Utah
• Colorado Springs, Colo.
• Minneapolis
• Atlanta
• Oklahoma City

Forbes.com loves their lists and certainly loves to rank San Antonio (#5 Best Cities To Buy A Home, #29 Best Cities For Young Professionals…unfortunately we also rank #61 America’s Most Time-Draining Airports).

Take that Austin!
