Looks like a great price for this home ! Love the photos ! I think there is a smart seller behind this house for picking the right agent to represent them.
Chris – Being from Philadelphia I find almost all the homes well priced down here! It’s interesting though, once you hit the $300-400K mark, homes start seeming much more in line with East Coast prices. When you get to $500-700K they seem more in line with California prices (although with more land).
