Located off of 3009 in Schertz, Arroyo Verde (map) is a small neighborhood with great homes, mature trees, and convenient access to the Northeast side of San Antonio, as well as New Braunfels. A Pulte Homes neighborhood, Arroyo Verde was built in the late 90s and features spacious homes in the mid to upper $200s. With it’s Schertz location, it also makes it ideal for anyone stationed at Randolph Air Force Base. Located in the Schertz Cibolo Independent School District, a “recognized” school district in the state of Texas, Arroyo Verde is sure to provide you a lifetime of good memories.
