Welcome to Avalon.

Woodside Homes’ Avalon subdivision is located off of Old Prue Road, just east of Bandera Road (map). Comprised of only 55 lots, this small community boasts a multi-use athletic court and park and is across the street from Northside Independent School District’s Carl Wanke Elementary School. Prices start from $180K. Avalon is also the site of Woodside Homes and CPS Partnership on the Peak Performance Homes, a series of homes designed to test the limits of energy efficient systems in homes and give CPS customers a true picture of the difference some of the energy efficient upgrades can provide.
