Buying A Home In San Antonio
Buyers this is your time.
Yesterday I covered “Ten Tips For Selling Your Home.” here at RErockstar, but I also covered a different subject in a different place. For those of you that don’t know, this is isn’t my only blog. RErockstar is a site comprised of this blog, real estate information, and a user-friendly home search. My other site is strictly a blog and was started shortly after I joined ActiveRain (a site for real estate professionals to network, learn, and help consumers).
Yesterday, while covering sellers here, I was covering the topic of buying a home over at www.sanantoniorealestaterockstar.com. The post, “Thinking of buying a home in San Antonio? Ten things you should consider.,” was written in order to address some of the questions and concerns I hear from buyers (many of the waiting to “time the market,” which in turn affects the sellers that I spoke of on this site yesterday). Many sellers could benefit from knowing this as well, as they would be better able to handle the objections we hear from time to time and know that they are not always rooted in solid facts and figures.
Cool, but why maintain two blogs?
The answers are pretty simple really. One, its a great way to generate more traffic to my services on the internet. Much like traditional advertising, the more people hear your name or see your face, the more they get curious and investigate. By giving people multiple places to read my posts, I am also giving them choice. Perhaps they like the full-service style of this site. Maybe they just want the blog with no extras. Either way you like it, there’s a choice. The last reason is simple overload. If I wrote down everything in my head on one blog, you might get bored and walk away. By breaking it up over different blogs I am able to get everything out there. I’ve even been known to blog over at Trulia (as well as being an active member of Trulia Voices) and I’m a weekly writer at AgentGenius with The Stigliano Chronicles.
So head on over and read the post for buyers.
Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you should always think about how the other side of the transaction will react and these articles will help you think like a buyer or seller. So if you’re a seller, read this post. If you’re a buyer, this one’s for you. Now go back and read the other one – you’ll be amazed at what you can learn when you step into the other party’s shoes.
