Campanas at Cibolo Canyons
Welcome to Campanas.
This morning I took a drive through Cibolo Canyons to see what was new since the last time I had been through there. Sight of the 2008 Parade of Homes, Cibolo Canyons is a sprawling master-planned community located along TPC Parkway (formerly Stone Oak Parkway) between Bulverde Road and Evans Road (map). Campanas is a community of garden homes built by Sitterle Homes located near the Evans Road side of Cibolo Canyons. Talk about gorgeous homes! These Sitterle Homes are all backed by a greenbelt (how many communities do you know that can boast of that?) and include front and back yard maintenance. While I was there, construction crews were busy as could be and it looks like it won’t take terribly long to fill out this wooded park-like community.
Sitterle Homes is currently offering eight floor plans ranging from 2,356 square feet up to 3,350 square feet. With prices starting at $355,000, these homes are designed with luxury in mind. Homes all have tile roofs and stucco or stone exteriors and courtyards to bring you that “outdoor living” experience. If you’re looking for luxury garden homes, Sitterle Homes’ Campanas in Cibolo Canyons is the place for you.
If you’d like to view homes currently available or discuss new construction in the Campanas subdivision, contact me.
