Ever wonder what Realtors® think about the latest issues?

An inside look…
Real estate agents are constantly thinking about the markets, consumer opinions, the economy, housing affordability, lending, how to build their business – the issues of the day. As you can guess, we have opinions as varied as we do styles of business. Part of what makes my day exciting is the various differences I come across each day. Whether it’s while negotiating with another agent or listening to a buyer’s opinions about why the price they want to offer seems fair to them. I’ve always been good at seeing both sides of the coin, so I love to hear opinions different from my own or different ways to come to the same conclusions that I have.
As an active real estate blogger in San Antonio, I spend time each day reading, writing, and researching in order to stay informed, bring you new updates and news, and learn new things. One of my favorite sites to do this, is AgentGenius (I am also a contributor there, see “The Stigliano Chronicles” for more). AgentGenius has made a name for itself as a place for some great debate and discussion of not only the issues that affect you, the home buyer and seller, but our industry as well. Just the other day, Lani Rosales (New Media Director at AgentGenius) posted an article about the “housing market recovery” that is a must read for anyone and everyone.
Next time you’re wondering about the latest real estate hot button issue, head over to AgentGenius to find out what some of us think about it, you’re sure to find an article or two. If you don’t, send me an email – perhaps I’ll write one.
