Fox Grove Subdivision – San Antonio, TX

Welcome to Fox Grove.
Not too long ago, I helped a client of mine buy an inventory home in the Fox Grove subdivision here in San Antonio and loved the tree lined entrance. It’s the little things that really make me enjoy a particular neighborhood. I took this photo for a little virtual tour I did for my client, so that they could send it to all their friends to show off their new home. They loved the video and are loving their new neighborhood (I just spoke with them this week).
Fox Grove (map) is situated just south of Evans Road and east of Bulverde Road in a wooded community outside of the San Antonio city limits (no city taxes). It is being built by KB Home. The first section of the subdivision has been built already and they are now building in the second phase of the development (and they have room for quite a bit more after that). Fox Grove offers a community pool, basketball court, playground, and walking trails. Thinking about schools? Fox Grove is located in the North East Independent School District (NEISD), a well regarded school district in the area (including 19 “Exemplary” schools – the most in Bexar County for any district – as rated by the Texas Education Agency) and is close to shopping, entertainment, and the Texas Hill Country.
