New Area Information By Zip Code (Market Stats And More)!
Getting information about your area just got easier!
Announcing a new feature here at RErockstar.com – area information by zip code! In order to provide San Antonio home buyers and sellers with more information about the neighborhoods they live in or plan to move to, I have begun work on a project that will eventually encompass many of the things we all want to know about – all in one place. Previously, I put the San Antonio market reports page into your control and this will only make the information you need to make informed decisions more accessible. I have added select market data for each zip code to its own special page (the San Antonio Market Reports page still functions the same as always). These special pages will be expanding in the near future to include many useful features and more information.
Simple as point and click.
As the image on the left indicates, the pages for each zip code are located under the Market Reports menu heading. Hover your mouse over the words Market Reports and a drop down menu will appear allowing you to select from the available San Antonio zip codes. Click on one and you will be taken to its own personal page. Each zip code page currently includes a graph indicating median price vs. inventory levels (for the zip code), a Google map of the area, and a Walk Score listing of area attractions. Future developments will include an integration with the Neighborhoods section of the site, local school information, and a stronger relational connection to blog posts (for instance, if I write about a business in a particular zip code, I will include links within that zip codes’ page).
