Open house – 2903 Zurich, Woods Of Alon

Same community, new house.

I’ve done a ton of open houses over at 2919 Zurich in KB Home’s Woods Of Alon (San Antonio, TX 78230) and always have a good time there. The visitors are friendly, the scenery is gorgeous (hopefully the grass seed has sprung up a bit more), and the home is beautiful. This weekend (January 17-18) as well as next weekend (January 24-25) I will be holding open houses at 2903 Zurich from noon-3PM. Its a different model (The Overland – a 1.5 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, 2,787 square foot home) and with it comes a whole new view. The lot faces a green belt on two sides (back and right side) with great views of the man made lake from just about every window. Spacious open kitchen/family room/dining room set with a covered patio out back and a terraced yard with native mature trees. Come on over, stop in, and say hello.
