San Antonio Home Search – Now With No Required Registration

Registration

Look at San Antonio homes all you want.

I wasn’t sure if I would ever pull the registration requirements off of the San Antonio home search here on the site. Not that the registration was ever really a complete block to your search for a home in San Antonio, since I had it set on what is called “nag” (that sure makes it sound annoying doesn’t it?). Basically, after viewing a few houses, the site would kindly ask you to register so you could continue searching. Of course, you didn’t have to register (what is called “forced registration“) and you could still continue your search.

With the new “no registration” set up, you’re free to search the San Antonio MLS as much as you want. My reasoning behind this? If I provide you with the capability to search for your next home and you spend time here reading my blog and getting to know me, you will consider me the next time you buy or sell a home in San Antonio. Now of course, some people will just use the site like they use any other real estate search site, but that’s going to happen regardless. If you don’t do it here, you’ll do it somewhere else. Why not make this site the first place you come to for your San Antonio real estate needs? Seems to make perfect sense to me. How about you?

My hope is that you will begin your search here and eventually register so you can receive alerts and we can open up a dialog about what I can offer you as a buyer’s agent; my services, my knowledge, and my abilities throughout the transaction. Until you’re ready though, there’s no sense for you to feel like I’m going to spam you to death or call you every 10 minutes asking “Want to buy a house?” (not my methods, but most people still fear that reaction from agents). So, how about it San Antonio? Ready to search for your new home?
