Terramont – Price reductions for Hill Country and City View Lots
Everyone loves to save money.
I received a call yesterday from one of my contacts at Terramont to tell me about some price reductions on lots for the next few days. As with most developers, they have not announced this on their website, but my contact stated there would be “20% off for the next few days.” If you haven’t checked out Terramont, now may be the best time. My guess is that they’re heading towards their end of year and would like to put a few more sales on their books before closing the year’s accounting (typical of many builders and developers). When this happens, they are often willing to slash prices in order to drive up sales volume. I can’t be certain how long these prices will last – so now would be a great time to investigate if you’ve been considering purchasing a lot.
If you’ve been thinking about purchasing a lot with Texas Hill Country or Downtown City Lights Views, now may be a great time. Don’t plan on building just yet? Buy the land now and wait until you’re ready to build. Several people have even bought land just for a long term investment strategy.
