Welcome to TerraMont.
TerraMont is one of San Antonio’s latest large scale developments outside of Loop 1604 on the city’s northwest side. Located about 3.5 miles north of 1604 on Babcock Road, TerraMont promises to be a premier community in San Antonio. Homesites range from 1/2 to 3 acres and provide one of three views – city views, Hill Country views, or interior views (which face towards the centrally located homeowner’s park with swimming pool, tennis courts, pavilion, and walking trails). Close to The Shops At La Cantera, The Rim, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Texas Hill Country, and three golf courses (Palmer, La Cantera, and Cedar Creek), you’re sure to be able to find something to do when you need a break from sitting on your deck enjoying the scenery.
TerraMont was selected as the site for the 2009 Parade Of Homes in San Antonio and based on the construction I saw underway, I think it will be awe-inspiring. TerraMont looks to maintain its prestigious look and feel with covenants and restrictions to include minimum square footage, construction material rules (100% stone, rock, or stucco exteriors), roofing materials, fences, etc. The pool is well underway and will be a stunning visual in the valley of the community. You choose the lot, you choose your builder and plans for your custom home, and you wind up with a little slice of Texas Hill Country life style without being too far from the city.
