Part of the larger community of Encino Park, The Vistas of Encino Park, offers a well established neighborhood with mature trees in the Northeast ISD (a Recognized school district with 28 Exemplary and 25 Recognized schools within its system for 2008-2009). Located near shopping, 281, 1604 and a short drive to the Texas Hill Country, The Vistas Of Encino Park is a wonderful neighborhood within reach of many parts of the city. As 281 continues to be a problem for drivers, I expect to see more people move towards the East and neighborhoods like this will provide a perfect alternative to Stone Oak.
