10 Sins Sellers Commit

Who is Clint Miller?
I thought I ought to give you a brief background on Clint Miller. Clint works for Real Estate Client Referrals and I became friends with him early in my career. A gifted salesman and talented blog writer, Clint and I often banter ideas back and forth on blog posts we’ve written and I enjoy the viewpoint he provides.
Recently, Clint bought his own home and went through the whole buying process that many of you have been through or are about to go through. As a guy who works with Realtors® all day long, he knows the ins and out of the real estate business and as a salesman, he knows the ins and outs of the art of selling. While searching for homes and going through it all, he noticed a few things that sellers do that can turn off a buyer instantly – the sins sellers commit.
Sins so deadly, they needed 10 instead of 7.
In Clint’s most recent post, he blogs about his viewpoint as a buyer (and salesman) of what sins he saw sellers committing. When I read it, I was amazed as I had seen some of these exact same things both in my personal experiences buying my homes as well as while out with clients helping them find the perfect home. If you’re a seller in San Antonio (or anywhere else for that matter) heed Clint’s warning and avoid these ten deadly sins:
*A must read for any seller in any market*

Matt — Im honored. And, Im thrilled that you liked the post as much as you did.
Clint – I think these sort of “inside” views from people involved in the process who also work within the industry are very helpful to buyers and sellers. Knowing that we get as frustrated as they do, helps them see more of the pitfalls and problems in the transaction. It also helps them step outside and think like the other side of the transaction (buyer think like seller and seller think like buyer).
You know me, if your post is boring I’d read it and move on. When they’re excellent, I like to spread them around. Thanks for writing it (and not suing me for using your photo!).
