		<description>Clint - I think these sort of &quot;inside&quot; views from people involved in the process who also work within the industry are very helpful to buyers and sellers.  Knowing that &lt;strong&gt;we&lt;/strong&gt; get as frustrated as they do, helps them see more of the pitfalls and problems in the transaction.  It also helps them step outside and think like the other side of the transaction (buyer think like seller and seller think like buyer).

You know me, if your post is boring I&#039;d read it and move on.  When they&#039;re excellent, I like to spread them around.  Thanks for writing it (and not suing me for using your photo!).</description>
