When thinking of buying or selling your home in San Antonio, it pays to know the market. Sure, your Realtor® should know it, but when you’re knowledgeable and informed about the local real estate market, it can help you make the decisions that could affect you one way or another (I see a lot of overpriced homes lingering on the market way too long).
