The Trails At Kensington Ranch offers ten floor plans to choose from; ranging from the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1520 square foot Llano floor plan starting at $143,000 all the way up to the Wimberley floor plan, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3070 square foot home starting in the $182,000 range.
The Estates At Kensington Ranch offers eleven floor plans to choose from; ranging from $184,400 for the Avalon floor plan’s 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1890 square foot design and tops off with the Royale floor plan, a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3644 square foot home that starts at a base price of $249,400.
