When Wall Homes sold off their lot inventory in Stillwater Ranch as part of their Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, new home builder DR Horton stepped in and bought out their empty lots. With construction on many new homes already in place and plenty of available lots, DR Horton looks to carve out its own little section in Stillwater Ranch alongside New Leaf Homes, Imagine Homes, and the former Wall Homes.
DR Horton is currently offering eight floor plans from 1,584 square feet (starting at $159,500) to 2,701 square feet (starting at $195,500). Part of the Northside ISD, Stillwater Ranch is the home of Scarborough Elementary school and boasts a gorgeous amenity center and loads of great walking and jogging trails.
