Centex’s The Hills Of Rivermist, part of the master planned community of Rivermist, located off of Prue Road and east of Bandera Road. Sitting at the top of the community on a sprawling hilltop, the community offers sweeping view and convenient access to 1604, I10, South Texas Medical Center, UTSA, and USAA. Homes built in this community (there are currently 10 floorplans to choose from) are part of the Northside ISD system and range from 1,890 square feet (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) to 3,644 square foot home (5 bedrooms, 3 and a half baths). Prices for new construction start at $196,900, although as always, I suggest you contact me and I will get the most current prices (builders have been fluctuating prices lately as the market shifts).
