Woods Of Alon, San Antonio TX 78230

Welcome to Woods of Alon.

Woods of Alon, a KB Home community, is situated between Lockhill-Selma and NW Military, just south of Wurzbach Parkway (map). A gated neighborhood, this community offers a man-made lake and gorgeous views (a recreation center with pool and clubhouse is coming soon). Unlike most modern communities, Woods of Alon, was designed to make use of the large plot of land’s native tree growth and KB Home has preserved many of those trees, both on the lots and the extensive greenbelt area where the first homes have been built.

With easy access to the Alon Town Centre, you’ll never need to go very far to find restaurants, banks, HEB, shopping, and more. Future plans for Woods of Alon will link the walking trails straight through to the Alon Town Centre with a private gated access for residents. A perfect way to talk a stroll to get some of your errands done. If you like walking, there’s more than just the neighborhood to think about – directly across the street from the entrance to Woods of Alon is Voelcker Park. Voelcker Park is the city of San Antonio’s 311 acre park which really has to be seen to be believed. Some of the oaks in the park are old enough to have been standing during the battle for the Alamo.

Offering thirteen floorplans; from a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,659 square foot home starting at $196,995 to a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3 car garage, 3,388 square foot home starting at $294,995; there’s a model to fit your needs.

If you’d like to take a tour through Woods of Alon and see the lots and homes currently available, contact me.

Unfortunately, our MLS and KB Home have not updated the way they input the listings from Woods of Alon. As far as our MLS is concerned, Woods of Alon does not exist as a subdivision and the streets have not been properly placed into the maps. I apologize for this situation and as soon as it is fixed, I’ll have it updated here on the site. If you’d like to know what is currently available for sale, please call me at (210) 646-HOME or contact me and we can arrange a visit to the community together.

In the meantime, if you’d like to search through the San Antonio MLS and see what else is out there, please use the quick search below or use the full featured version of the San Antonio home search that allows you to search by school, subdivision, map, and much much more.
