Selling your home? Avoid these mistakes.

Avoiding common mistakes can save you time and money.

I read a lot of blogs about real estate and came across this “how to” video on AgentGenius (where I am a weekly contributor). Watching it, I loved it for what it is…a simple, easy to follow guide that can save you time (avoiding having your home linger on the market) and money (a few simple things can actually make you more money in the process of selling your home). I highly recommend it to anyone who is currently selling their home or considering it in the future. Brilliant in its simplicity, but right on target with great advice for sellers.
