I wanted to leave you a quick note complimenting your use of new media, and how wonderful you are doing leveraging social media tools with your real estate business. I feel it’s imperative to educate and “engage” yourself with potential buyers and sellers who are looking to buy or sell NOW, and/or to build relationships with those buyers and sellers who are just browsing online to assess the marketplace. I notice you are very consistent with your blog feeds and that is necessary in an everchanging real estate market place. I am a licensed Realtor in California, and also a full-time graduate student. I intend on jumping back into the real estate market full force once I am done with school in another few months. My quick note turned into a not so quick one, but good luck with all your doing.
