Located where Braun Road intersects with Bandera Road (map), O.P. Schnabel is a 200+ acre park offering hiking trails, the Braundera YMCA, Northside Suburban Little League, soccer fields, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, picnic areas (with BBQ pits), swimming pool with a water slide, and a large pavilion that can be rented out for family reunions and other functions. A great place on the Northwest side of town to take a stroll and beat the Texas heat during the summer evenings.
