Sally And Frank, Episode 2: Bob’s Buying A Home
Meet Sally’s newest client, Bob.
Sally meets with her latest client, Bob, Frank’s brother (you may remember Frank from his episode about the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit). Bob is looking to buy a home and has a few questions for Sally before heading out to search for a house. Sally is more than happy to help and her and Bob have agreed to let us follow along as they move through the home buying process (although all information between Bob and Sally is confidential thanks to a Buyer’s Representation Agreement, Bob has agreed to share everything with us).
Bob, Sally, and Frank are fictional characters that live on the internet. They represent no persons – living, dead, or virtual. Although Sally is not licensed anywhere other than the virtual world, she practices real estate based on Texas law (she learned from me).
