Very good points about incorrect tax info! There is one homebuilder in town that is notorious for recording things like bathrooms and interior square footage wrong.
Renee – One thousand square feet is a huge difference. The problem with some of the new homes is that the builder puts a home into MLS, even though it’s an empty lot. They put that in to attract the sale and new build, but then forget to update the listing as the new home buyer changes what the actual floorplan and upgrades are.
