Located just off Braun Road outside of Loop 1604 in Helotes (San Antonio) 78023, the community of Braunridge (map), offers new homes from three builders; New Leaf Homes, MasterTouch Homes, and David Anderson Homes (which apparently has no website – which I find amazing in this day and age).
What differentiates the neighborhood of Braunridge from many of the tract home communities in the Helotes is the emphasis on style in the homes. Although the basic plans are similar to what you will find from many of the big production builders in San Antonio, each builder in Braunridge takes the time to add some custom flair to each home. With convenient access to 1604, Bandera Pointe shopping, The Shops at La Cantera, and the Texas Hill country; this area of town is growing. Now that the widening of Braun Road has been completed, expect future growth as well.
