How did RErockstar.com perform?

As I went through my close of the year and went through my marketing to see what was successful, what needed work, and what needed left to wither. I am here to say, RErockstar.com was an overwhelming success! San Antonio (and many other places around the world), you deserve some serious thanks for helping me achieve my goals with this website. Just a little over a year old, our first full year of statistics are a huge success and I can’t wait to see what we can do this year.

The site received a total of 14,833 unique visitors with 84.94% of those being new visitors (that’s about 12,599 people who have never visited the site before). I expect the new visits to decline in percentage as more of you return year over year and is this was the first full year, I’m quite proud of that number. Over twelve thousand people who had never been to the site took the time to stop by. Now that’s exciting.

Top five cities visiting the site? My beloved San Antonio leads the pack, followed by Houston, New York, Dallas, and Austin. Visitors used a combination of 11,026 keywords to search for real estate related terms and find the site. Top five referring sites that you found links to here on? ActiveRain.com (and more specifically, my blog at ActiveRain), Twitter.com (thanks to anyone who retweeted posts from here or tweets I made from my account), Trulia.com (I credit that to my helpful answers on Trulia Voices), AgentGenius.com (for which I write my weekly column, “The Stigliano Chronicles”), and theChicago77.com (who made reference to my posts on the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit). A special thanks to all of those sites and the many that linked to me over the past year.
