I know I’m a little late weighing in on this particular situation, but I think the principle is the same: Always do right by others.

People support these big builders and big box stores, and when it’s time to reciprocate the support, they kind of leave them high and dry.

That’s why community organizations are so important. Businesses that have 1-3 locations and are only in a city or county are the companies that can really make a difference when these kind of disastrous situations happen.
