“Why are you a Champion?” – Champions School of Real Estate
Local school asks and I answer.
Local real estate school, Champions School of Real Estate sent me an email this afternoon about a contest they were running. The premise was to get agents to answer the question “Why are you a Champion?” via video and upload it to YouTube. I saw the opportunity to win a bit of free education from the school, but also saw an opportunity to express an idea that is on my mind quite a bit. Education. While it may seem that using “education” as part of my answer might be trying to butter up the judges a bit, it really is what I think separates the average agent from the excellent agent. There are many other factors, but without quality real estate education, there’s a huge piece of the puzzle missing.
