The Greatest Real Estate Agent Ever. (Find The Realtor® For You.)
How about those sunglasses?
I filmed this back in November of 2009 and although I swear I posted it and used it, I can’t find any record of it anywhere other than Viddler. The idea was spawned by a conversation that started with Ines at Miamism.com (who by the way is an excellent resource for real estate information no matter where you live), but I don’t really remember all the details. I think the discussion revolved around the über-cool style of agent who feels they’re the greatest real estate agent ever. I thought it would be fun to make a video as if I were that agent, but in the end it turned into a open look at how I view the process of finding a Realtor®.
I didn’t want it to go to waste, so here it is for your enjoyment.

I kindda liked the first agent better! LOL (just kidding). Funny enough, I’ve found that the consumer likes cocky and arrogant (you have to admit that there’s something attractive about a person that likes their own skin), but they also appreciate when an agent shows their vulnerable side. The trick is getting the right balance of the two.
I also agree with you that people need to feel comfortable with us before they commit, but goals and time frames need to be made clear from the start as to avoid waisting time.
Thanks always for the love – you do ROCK!
