		<description>I kindda liked the first agent better! LOL (just kidding).  Funny enough, I&#039;ve found that the consumer likes cocky and arrogant (you have to admit that there&#039;s something attractive about a person that likes their own skin), but they also appreciate when an agent shows their vulnerable side.  The trick is getting the right balance of the two.

I also agree with you that people need to feel comfortable with us before they commit, but goals and time frames need to be made clear from the start as to avoid waisting time.
